It was nice that the front desk staff took the initiative to check in and kindly answer questions. I was grateful that they greeted me with a bright expression even when checking out.
The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was very satisfactory.
It’s convenient because the subway is right in front.
The location of nearby amenities was good. It was quiet and Silla was satisfied with the bedding.
The facilities were all new, clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The location is great as it is very close to the subway station so you can easily get anywhere. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. They also helped me reserve a Kakao Taxi when checking out. My wife left her jacket when checking out, but the staff kept it safe, and she went back later to get it. The room is also clean and comfortable. The hotel was very generous in giving us extra water to drink. Staying here was a really nice experience.
1) First of all, the hotel lobby was small, so I stayed without much expectations, but all the staff were friendly. 2) Breakfast was not as good as I expected. 3) It’s difficult to find a parking lot in Seoul… ..The parking lot seems to be small, but I think car owners can stay without worrying about the valet parking~ The 5,000 won valet fee is not a waste at all. 4) Seodaemun Shilla Stay has a clean and quiet downtown area, so it seems to be a suitable location for the With Corona era. It was less burdensome~ 5) If I go to Seoul again, I would like to use it again~ Highly recommended!
I was satisfied with both the condition of the accommodation and the location and facilities. I think Shilla Stay is above average for a business hotel. However, I made a reservation for a double room through Agoda, but was actually assigned a twin room. Even after checking at the front desk, they said it was booked as a twin. It wasn’t a big deal since I was sharing the room alone, but as I was expecting a spacious bed, it was a bit disappointing.
