Advantages
- Location and pool everything
- The staff were friendly and the beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool is the best
- It was nice that there were so many different types of breakfast. Above all, I was honored to receive such friendly and wonderful hospitality from the staff. All staff are polite and friendly and the service is very good. Storage of luggage and carrying luggage to the room were very good.
- It was located in an ideal location and most of all, I liked the swimming pool and free boat shuttle service.
- Although it is located on the outskirts compared to the previous fire cock hotel, it was quieter and I could really enjoy my vacation. I liked the accommodation because it had a good sense of Bangkok, and more than anything, I was still impressed by the really friendly staff, so I plan to stay at Anantara on my next trip to Bangkok.

Best review for foreigners
- This is probably the most beautiful and traditional style hotel in Bangkok. The grounds are filled with gardens, statues, altars, and ponds. There is a running canal with a bridge and a “lucky” catfish feeding area. Breakfast was a multi-national all-you-can, crepe/waffle station, fresh fruit juice, halal station, Indian, British, and Thai dishes, all delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an Elephant Parade shop in the lobby where you can purchase beautifully painted elephant statues, with a portion of proceeds being donated to elephant conservation (Elephant Parade is also on social media). If my husband had not had any involvement, I would have bought 5 of these elephants.
- I used to travel to Bangkok once or twice a year, but I came back after three years due to the coronavirus. Before and now, of course, I stay at Anantara for 3 nights and try one or two new hotels for the remaining 3-4 days. This time, I stayed at the newly built Mahanakhon The Standard first for 3 nights and then came to Anantara. The Standard had the pleasure of being newly built, but it was difficult to find peace of mind due to the friendliness, meals, etc. I am now finishing my trip at Anantara, and I feel at ease. Instead of feeling old and worn out, I feel the warm, ripe smile of Thailand. I’ll come again next time. ^.^*
- It was so, so good. I made a reservation because the pool was so pretty, and the room was also very comfortable. I have a bad back, so my back hurts a lot when I sleep, but the bed was so comfortable that day that I slept without my back hurting. I woke up and rolled up the sheets to see what the bed was like ^^; It was a very comfortable and enjoyable trip. I have good memories of Anantara, so I think I will consider Anantara when I travel to other countries.
