Advantages
- The location was better than I expected and it was very clean. Even late check-in was handled quickly and kindly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, so the whole family was satisfied with the hotel. It was a shame that we didn’t have time to use the swimming pool.
- The location was convenient as it was close to shopping malls and a subway station. The room size was appropriate and clean.
- The location was good, the price, facilities and the staff’s attitude were also good. I went there to rest during the year-end holidays and it was really nice. This is a recommended hotel among many hotels in Bingkok. All facilities were clean and comfortable Transportation was convenient as both BTS and MRT were available.
- The swimming pool was large so I could use it comfortably. I was satisfied with both the view and hygiene.

- The rooms are very nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. The swimming pool is great. The breakfast buffet is great. They offer a variety of food. I only have the following opinions about the staff working in the restaurant. After 3 years of COVID they are still wearing face masks. Working in a restaurant is a job that involves hospitality, service and smiles. Wearing this (totally useless… because it doesn’t protect you at all) face mask prevents you from being able to communicate properly with your employees. Their faces are all covered with masks. When I want to talk to someone, I want to see their expression. Now it feels more like eating at a restaurant than at a hospital. Besides that, all the staff are still young so there is nothing to fear about COVID. Now, three years after COVID, it’s time to get back to normal life. That means no more masks. Nonetheless, I am very satisfied with the Carlton Hotel. Will always come back.
- The Carlton met my expectations of a 5 star hotel. Compared to other 5 star hotels I have stayed in, Carlton has raised the bar and set the bar so high that no competitor can match it. For this trip to Thailand, I booked the Carlton through Agoda to meet the Thailand Pass requirements. Thanks to the Carlton staff, the entire process and plan was constantly updated via email, making it a smooth and easy process. The process included easily identifying relevant booths at Suvarnabhumi Airport and connecting them with organized airport transfer services. The airport transfer vehicle is very fast and clean, and for COVID-19 safety, the front and back seats are separated by an acrylic panel. The vehicle was well-equipped with cool air conditioning, and passengers were each provided with a bottle of water in addition to hand sanitizer.
- I stayed in a standard room and a club room, and I highly recommend the club room. I was so happy that they made delicious cocktails. The animation is better, and it’s good because the room is on a high floor. The staff are all friendly, some are Korean and some can speak Korean, but they are all friendly. I want to stay again next time.
